Adonis and Hilde have been passionate connoisseurs and retailers of cheese in Belgium since 2014.

Adonis was born in Cyprus and left at the age of a few months for Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) where he spent his early years, later leaving for the UK to study Psychology.
​
Hilde originates from Belgium (Flanders) and studied Publicity and Graphic Design.
​
We met while on holiday in Cyprus in 1991, married a few months later in Belgium and left for Zimbabwe immediately thereafter. We have two children of whom we are very proud.
We began our journey in Belgium in 2014, where we cultivated a deep appreciation for the vast and delicious world of cheese.

Now, we're thrilled to bring our expertise and love for cheese to Cyprus!
